Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore all sales are final.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item

In such cases, the exchange product will be dispatched within 3 working days based on product availability.
